DMCA Takedown Policy
1. Our Role
r34v.cc is a download utility that processes video URLs submitted by users. We do not host, store, or distribute video content. Our Service acts as a technical intermediary — it retrieves publicly accessible video files and returns them to the requesting user.
While we do not control the original hosting platforms, we maintain a block list of URLs that we will refuse to process in response to valid DMCA takedown requests. We take intellectual property rights seriously and cooperate with rights-holders in good faith.
2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to our designated agent. To be valid and actionable, your notice must include all of the following:
- Your identity and authority. Your full legal name (or the name of the organisation you represent) and your relationship to the copyright owner — e.g. "I am the copyright owner" or "I am authorised to act on behalf of [rights-holder name]."
- Proof of copyright ownership. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. Where applicable, include evidence of ownership such as registration numbers, original creation details, publishing credits, watermarks, or links to an official catalogue or portfolio. If you represent a studio or production company, please identify the entity and the relevant catalogue or title.
- The infringing URL(s) to be blocked. The specific URL(s) on rule34video.com (or other supported platforms) that you want blocked from download through our Service. Please list each URL on a separate line. Notices without specific URLs cannot be actioned.
- A statement of good faith. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement of accuracy. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your contact details. A mailing address, telephone number, or email address at which we can reach you regarding your notice.
- Your signature. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Notices that omit any of the above required elements may not be actionable and may be returned for completion before we can process them.
3. Where to Send Your Notice
All DMCA takedown notices must be sent by email to our designated agent:
DMCA Designated Agent
help@r34v.ccPlease include "DMCA Takedown Notice" in the subject line of your email. We aim to acknowledge valid notices within 5 business days.
4. What Happens After You Submit
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Review the notice to confirm it includes all required information.
- Add the identified URL(s) to our block list so they can no longer be processed through the Service.
- Acknowledge receipt and notify you of the action taken.
Please note: blocking a URL through our Service does not remove the content from the original hosting platform. To have content removed from rule34video.com or any other platform, you must submit a separate takedown request directly to that platform.
5. Counter-Notices
If you believe a URL was blocked as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to help@r34v.cc. A valid counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the blocked URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the URL was blocked as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of relevant courts. We will review counter-notices in good faith.
6. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to restrict or terminate access to the Service for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
7. Abuse of the DMCA Process
Filing a knowingly false DMCA takedown notice may expose you to legal liability under applicable law. Please ensure that the information in your notice is accurate and complete before submitting.
